Shipping policy

By placing an order with us, you are accepting our Shipping Policy. If you have any questions regarding our policy please do not hesitate to contact us, so we may assist you in answering your questions. 

Note that there may be delays in shipping at this time due to regulations put in place following COVID-19 restrictions.

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

We ship from Florida, USA. All orders will be processed and packaged within 3 business days, unless you have placed a custom order. We use the service USPS Priority Mail shipping for all domestic orders. The  delivery time frame is within 5 to 8 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. 

Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday.

Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, and natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including the carriers, are provided with every order. 

What locations do you ship to?

We currently offer shipping just in the USA.

Where is my package coming from?

We ship from Florida, USA,  but our products are handcrafted by artisans from South and Central America.

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email the same day or next business day  providing your tracking number and carrier information.  You may also check the status of your order by visiting our page.

Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.


Damages and issues

We package our products as delicately as possible, especially our most fragile items. However, we understand damages can occur during shipment. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please take your time to carefully enter your shipping information and address before placing your order.

We do not take responsibility for items that could not be shipped to their destination or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

Exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address. If a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded.  

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at info@nerycohandmadestore.com a soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

Stolen/Missing Packages

We do not offer returns or exchanges on missing packages that have been marked as delivered. Please contact your local post office for any missing packages that have been delivered.

Cancellations 

Please review your order very carefully prior to checkout. We do not accept cancellations. If you have any issues with your order do not hesitate to contact us.

 Extended Delays

In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
